Any roll that doesn’t meet our standards, no matter how minor the flaw, is immediately set aside and not used in production. Only materials that are flawless and consistent across the board move on to the next phase. It’s a time-consuming process, but it ensures that every garment starts with a foundation of uncompromised quality.

Once the fabric is approved and cut, our sewing process begins – and so does another layer of quality control.
