OUR PRODUCTION PROCESS

FIRST MEETING

To order from Ulgart, please contact our sales team. We prefer a personal, direct approach via email. First, we discuss the client’s ideas and vision to understand the brand’s potential. Next, we determine the required productions and details that fit within the customer’s budget. We also check available options, minimum order quantities (MOQ), pricing, and any other specific wishes the client may have.

TECH PACK DESIGN

When the ideas are clear, it is important to have everything well-documented. Ulgart requires a tech pack from every customer to start production. If the customer does not have a tech pack, we offer a tech pack service. Our tech packs are suitable for overseas contractors and are designed to be understood by factory staff who may not necessarily speak the same language as you. They will communicate to your factory all necessary components and construction methods needed for production. All you need to get started are some rough sketches or images of your design (or something similar), and a sample/prototype/mock-up of your product. If you need assistance, we can refer you to our tech pack designers for free.

SAMPLE

Once the tech packs are understood and agreed upon, we will provide an estimate of the production cost for a sample and the final production. If everything is acceptable, an invoice will be sent to you. The creation of a sample is a meticulous process, ensuring high quality and attention to detail. High-tech machines are not used in sampling, so expect the sample to be about 80% of your expected result. Exceptions can be made upon consultation. Once the invoice is paid, we will begin the process. The production time for a sample is approximately 3-5 weeks.

SAMPLE REVIEW

When the customer receives the sample, we request their approval to proceed with the bulk order. This is the time to review the sample and suggest any adjustments to ensure perfection. Adjustments can be made between the sample and bulk production to meet the customer’s exact specifications. Ulgart will always strive to find a suitable solution for any changes needed.

BULK PRODUCTION

When everything is discussed and arranged, the real work can begin! To start the bulk order, we will recalculate the bulk production price. We then ask the customer to provide all necessary information, including the tech pack, sizes, and quantities, via email. Once the payment is complete, our skilled team will begin crafting your products with precision and care. This production phase will take between 4-8 weeks, depending on the types of products. Throughout this time, we ensure attention to detail and quality, bringing your vision to life. Your brand’s unique creations are just weeks away from becoming a reality!

SHIPPING

When the production is ready, we arrange the shipment with a third party. The customer will immediately receive a message from our team with the necessary shipment information. Soon after, the customer will have the products at home, ready to sell!
